Electra is leading Europe’s fast-charging expansion and decarbonization efforts. We are seeking a driven student in Milan to join our finance and accounting team for a 6-month program.

You will participate in financial analysis, budgeting, and compliance, gaining hands-on experience across Italy-specific and cross-border projects in a dynamic, international environment.

Competenze

• Currently studying at a university or university of applied sciences in business administration, finance, accounting or controlling.
• Genuine interest in financial accounting, controlling and the mechanics behind business performance.
• Rigorous, organized and comfortable with high transaction volumes.
• Eligible to work in Italy.

Mansioni

• Financial analysis: contribute to detailed financial reports and analyses.
• Management controlling: support budgets, forecasts and variance analyses.
• Operational management: handle general accounting and reconciliation with external firm.
• Compliance & regulation: ensure activities comply with regulations.

Your Mission

You will join a dynamic and collaborative team, where you will have the opportunity to be involved in all stages of financial and accounting management, from initial analysis to final monitoring. Your responsibilities will include:

• Financial Analysis: You will contribute to the development of detailed financial reports and analyses, ensuring they are aligned with the highest company standards.

• Management Controlling: You will support the creation of budgets, forecasts, and variance analyses, helping to maintain effective control over financial performance.

• Operational Management: You will be involved in general accounting and account reconciliation, ensuring the accuracy of financial data in collaboration with the external accounting firm.

• Compliance & Regulation: You will ensure that all financial activities comply with applicable regulations and standards.

• Cross-functional Collaboration: You will work closely with internal teams to ensure that financial objectives are achieved effectively and that processes are continuously optimized.

• Country-specific & Cross-country Projects: You will take part in financial initiatives covering both Italy-specific projects and cross-border projects in collaboration with HQ.

• Train a professional capable of analyzing and managing financial data with both technical expertise and strategic vision.

• Participate in the financial planning and management controlling process.

• Gain hands‑on experience in cash flow management, accounting, and monitoring of financial performance.

• Develop a comprehensive, 360° understanding of the finance world, including the various business functions involved in financial processes.

• Currently studying at a university or university of applied sciences, ideally in business administration, finance, accounting or controlling

• Genuine interest in financial accounting, controlling and the mechanics behind business performance

• Rigorous, organized, comfortable with high transaction volumes

• Languages: Italian and English
