Job summary

Electra in Milan is seeking a motivated economics/finance student for a 6-month internship in finance and accounting. You will help with financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and cross-functional collaboration to support ongoing European energy transition initiatives.

The role offers hands-on experience in cash management, accounting processes, and regulatory compliance within an international team.

Qualifications

• Currently studying at a university or university of applied sciences
• Interest in financial accounting and controlling
• Able to handle high transaction volumes and stay organized
• Languages: Italian and English

Responsibilities

• Contribute to detailed financial reports and analyses
• Support budgets, forecasts, and variance analyses
• Assist in general accounting and account reconciliations
• Ensure compliance with regulations and standards
• Collaborate with internal teams on financial objectives
• Participate in Italy-specific and cross-border financial initiatives
