Job summary

ERM is seeking a highly motivated Finance Intern to join our Milan team. This role offers hands-on exposure to financial analysis, reporting, and corporate finance in a dynamic environment.

The ideal candidate is a recent graduate with a Master’s in Finance, Business, or Economics, fluent in Italian and English. Proactive, eager to learn, with strong Excel/Power BI skills, will be favored.

Qualifications

• Ms degree in Finance, Business, Economics or similar.
• Fluency in Italian and English.
• Proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Advanced Excel, Power BI, Macros, PowerPivot or SQL is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Weekly and monthly reporting: assist in the preparation, analysis and consolidation of financial data at Business Unit level.
• Closing processes and compliance: support quarterly and monthly closing processes, year-end audits, and other corporate financial requirements;
• Daily operations: assist Finance team in operational tasks and stakeholder interactions.
• Process improvement: assist the team in implementing new processes and enhancing efficiency.

ERM is looking for a highly motivated Finance Intern to join our dynamic team in Milan. This is a great opportunity for a recent graduate who is eager to gain hands-on experience in Financial Analysis, reporting and corporate finance within a stimulating environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Weekly and monthly reporting: assist in the preparation, analysis, and consolidation of financial data at Business Unit level.
• Closing processes and compliance: support the quarterly and monthly closing processes, year-end audits, and other mandatory corporate financial requirements;
• Daily operations: work closely with the Finance team in managing operational tasks and interact with internal and external stakeholders.
• Process improvement: assist the team in implementing new processes and enhancing the efficiency of existing ones.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Educational background: Ms degree in Finance, Business, Economics or similar
• Languages: fluency in Italian and English;
• Mindset: proactive attitude and willingness to learn;
• Technical skills: good knowledge of Microsoft Office; advanced skills in Excel, Power BI, Macros, PowerPivot, or SQL are considered a strong plus

The recommended recruiting rangefor this role is 700 euros + 19 ticket restaurant/month (value of 8.50euros each).
