The successful candidate will join the Group Controlling Department at G.D S.p.A in Bologna, taking full responsibility for the Group-level finance agenda.

Responsibilities include consolidating monthly closing, presenting to the CEO/CFO, delivering the monthly reporting package, planning processes, and developing the Tagetik platform while managing one direct report. Fluency in English and IFRS knowledge are required.

Competenze

• Degree in Economics, Finance, Business Administration or Management Engineering.
• At least 7 years experience in Audit/FP&A.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS.
• Solid understanding of accounting procedures and monthly closing processes.
• Experience with reporting, consolidation (Tagetik), and business intelligence systems.

Mansioni

• Organize and coordinate the Group’s monthly management consolidation closing process.
• Prepare explanations to senior management on balance sheet, P&L and cash flow dynamics.
• Prepare Board materials with the CEO/CFO and participate in discussions.
• Produce the monthly reporting package with analyses of Group companies and Corporate functions.
• Coordinate planning processes, including strategic plan, budget, and forecasts.
• Manage and develop the Group reporting and consolidation platform (Tagetik).
• Measure and report performance for incentive schemes across Group companies.
• Contribute to finance process improvements and transformation projects.
• Manage and develop one direct report.
