G.D, a leading organization headquartered in Bologna, Italy, seeks a Group Controlling professional to lead monthly closing, reporting, and planning at Group level. You will prepare Board materials, work with the CEO and CFO, and oversee the Group’s consolidation platform (Tagetik).

Strong IFRS knowledge, SAP expertise, and fluent English are essential. The successful candidate will join the Group Controlling Department, reporting on performance, driving optimization projects, and managing one

Competenze

Degree in Economics, Finance, Business Administration or Management Engineering.
At least 7 years experience in Audit/FP&A.
Strong knowledge of IFRS and accounting procedures.
Experience in management consolidation activities and monthly closing processes.
Excellent written and spoken English.
Knowledge of SAP and Tagetik; experience with BI systems.

Mansioni

Organize and coordinate the Group’s monthly management consolidation closing process.
Prepare Board materials and present to CEO/CFO with direct manager.
Produce monthly reporting package with analyses of Group companies and corporate functions.
Coordinate planning: strategic plan, budget, and forecasts.
Manage and develop the Group reporting and consolidation platform (Tagetik).
Measure and report performance for variable incentive schemes across Group companies.
Contribute to finance process optimization and transformation projects.
Supervise one direct report.
