Job summary

Dentsu in Milan is seeking a Financial Control Director to oversee monthly financial reporting, ensure IFRS compliance, and maintain the Group's internal control framework. You will work with European and Global Controlling to drive improvements and manage systems transformations, including Dynamics 365 and new reporting tools.

The role requires ~10 years of experience, with audit and international exposure, and fluency in English. A professional accounting qualification (DSCG/CA) is expected.

Qualifications

• Experience in IFRS, internal controls and financial reporting.
• Auditing background and international company exposure.
• Ability to communicate with stakeholders and coordinate reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead monthly reporting with supporting analyst and meet Group deadlines.
• Ensure IFRS compliance and maintain high-quality financial information.
• Coordinate audits and maintain internal financial controls.
• Develop and monitor financial processes in line with Group procedures.
• Oversee working capital actions and validate Controlling forecasts.
• Manage finance aspects of systems transformation (Dynamics 365).
• Collaborate with European and Global Controlling for continuous improvement.
