Magnum Ice Cream Company in Caivano, Italy, is hiring a Finance Business Partner on a fixed-term contract to partner with the Factory Leadership Team and drive site performance, budgeting, forecasting and cost governance. You will support capital expenditure planning, post‑investment tracking and the SAP S/4HANA rollout, delivering insights to improve cost control, productivity and overall competitiveness.

Competenze

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or related discipline.
• Strong expertise in manufacturing cost accounting, budgeting, forecasting, performance management and financial analysis.
• Experience supporting capital expenditure projects and cost-improvement initiatives.
• Proficient with financial systems, dashboards and advanced Excel tools.
