Business Finance Partner – Southern Region (EMEA)

Leading Global Asset Manager

We are partnering with a leading global asset manager to recruit a Business Finance Partner for their Southern Region, covering Italy, Iberia and Latin America. This is a high-impact role sitting at the intersection of finance, distribution and marketing, working closely with senior regional leadership and the EMEA Chief Marketing Officer.

About the Role

The Business Finance Partner will provide strategic financial insight, commercial challenge and decision support to senior stakeholders across the Southern Region. The role plays a key part in shaping regional strategy, ensuring financial discipline, and driving performance across sales, marketing and product initiatives.

You will act as a trusted advisor to business leaders, translating financial data into clear commercial insights and helping guide decisions that impact growth, profitability and resource allocation.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with senior leadership across distribution and marketing to support strategic decision-making
• Lead financial planning, forecasting and budgeting processes for the Southern Region
• Provide insight and analysis on revenue, margins, costs, and headcount
• Evaluate commercial initiatives, business cases and investment opportunities
• Support marketing spend effectiveness and ROI analysis
• Drive cost efficiency, revenue growth and productivity opportunities
• Ensure high-quality management reporting and performance insights
• Collaborate with global finance and regional teams to ensure alignment and consistency
• Continuously improve financial processes, reporting and data quality

About You

• Strong experience in finance business partnering, FP&A or commercial finance
• Background in asset management, financial services or a similar complex matrix environment
• Strong commercial acumen with the ability to influence senior stakeholders
• Comfortable working across multiple countries and business lines
• Excellent analytical and communication skills
• Fluent in English (Italian language skills preferred)
• Able to operate in a fast-paced, senior stakeholder environment
