Job summary

ING Bank Italy is offering a Finance Business Advice Stageur role in Milan to join the FBA department in an international setting. You will learn planning and control processes and support management accounting reporting for Retail Banking.

The ideal candidate has a degree in economics/finance or engineering management, strong Excel and communication skills, Italian fluency, and a proactive, numbers-driven mindset. This hybrid placement pays 1500€/month.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master in economics, finance or engineering management.
• Basic knowledge of Banking industry.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Advanced proficiency of Microsoft Office (Excel, Visual Basic a plus).
• Fluent in Italian; English fluency appreciated.

Responsibilities

• Assist planning and control processes within the FBA department.
• Support budgeting, forecasting and actuals reporting.
• Contribute to P&L monitoring and reporting tools.
• Analyze Retail Banking income across department, product, and channel.
• Provide ad-hoc support to FBA activities.
