Kia Italy in Milan is looking for a Controlling Intern to join the Finance Department. The intern will support budget preparation, engage in monthly reporting tasks, and help manage expenses. This position offers a hybrid working model with flexible hours.

Ideal candidates should hold a degree in Economics or Finance, be fluent in English and Italian, and possess strong Excel skills. Interns will receive an allowance starting at €750 per month, increasing to €1,000 in the second half of their internship.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Economics, Finance or related field.
• Fluent in English and Italian, both written and spoken.
• Strong command of MS Office tools, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Good communication and listening skills.
• Analytical attitude.
• Proactivity and flexibility.

Mansioni

• Ensure accurate analysis of monthly and quarterly budget consumption.
• Evaluate, revise and update rolling forecasts.
• Advice on savings for budget reductions.
• Reconcile analytical and management accounting.
• Support Budget in charge person in assigned Departments.
• Maintain budget files and ERP roles.
