Job summary

ING Bank Italy is seeking a Finance Business Advice Stageur to join the FBA department in Milan. You’ll gain exposure to planning & control processes, management accounting reporting for Retail Banking, and contribute to process mapping and optimization.

You will support budgeting, forecasting, actuals reporting and P&L monitoring while working in an international environment with smart working options and growth opportunities at ING.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master’s degree in economics, finance or engineering management.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Fluent in Italian; English fluency preferred.

Responsibilities

• Map and optimize Retail Banking processes, drafting procedures for the FBA department.
• Support budgeting, forecasting and actuals reporting.
• Assist in P&L monitoring and reporting tools for Retail Banking.
• Analyze Retail Banking income across department, product and channel.

Job description

ING Bank Italy is looking for a Finance Business Advice Stageur who will join the FBA department at our Office in Milan.

You will have the chance to be part of an international environment, getting to know the Planning & Control processes, be involved in management accounting reporting activities for Retail Banking and giving your contribution and support on:

• Retail Banking processes mapping and optimization: you will be involved in the processes in order to draft related procedures, seeking for further efficiency in the processes and organization of FBA department.
• Support budgeting, forecasting and actuals reporting
• Exposure on P&L monitoring and reporting Tools
• Analysis of Retail Banking income under different views (department, product, channel)
• Support other FBA activities on ad-hoc basis

Requirements:

• Bachelor or Master's degree in economics, finance or engineering management
• Basic knowledge of Banking industry
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Advanced proficiency of Microsoft Office (especially Excel, Visual Basic considered a plus)
• Fluent in Italian, appreciated fluency in English
