BizAway S.r.l. in Milan is seeking a driven Accounting Intern to join the Accounting Team and contribute to the full monthly close cycle. You will work closely with our accountants on real books of an international, fast‑growing company.

The role offers hands‑on experience in accounting, support for payments and audits, and a hybrid work policy (2 days home, 3 days in the office) with an 800–1000€ expense allowance. This is a 6‑month internship with potential renewal.

Competenze

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Accounting, Economics, Finance or Business Administration; Accounting diploma is a plus.
• Strong understanding of double-entry bookkeeping and general accounting principles (Italian GAAP; IFRS exposure is a plus).
• Internship or academic project in accounting, finance or audit welcome.
• Good knowledge of Excel (basic formulas and pivot tables); familiarity with NetSuite or ERP/accounting software is a plus.
• Attention to detail, with ability to handle numbers and deadlines carefully.
• Good time management, organizational and problem-solving skills; proactive and hands-on.
• Good level of English and Italian mandatory.
• Eligibility to carry out an internship in Italy and be based in Milan office.

Mansioni

• Support day-to-day general accounting activities.
• Maintain the fixed assets register and reconcile with the general ledger.
• Perform bank and balance sheet account reconciliations and clear open items.
• Assist month-end closing: accruals, prepayments, closing schedules.
• Prepare documentation for external auditors during audits.
• Maintain accurate accounting records and support AP/AR activities.
• Assist tax advisors with VAT filings and tax forms.
• Prepare recurring reports and improve accounting processes.
