US Law Support seeks an experienced Accounting & Finance Manager to lead the Milan office's finance function. This senior, hands-on role owns accounting, billing, taxation, financial reporting and partner affairs, partnering with the Office Head and international finance teams to drive performance and forecast accuracy.

You will manage Italian accounting records, oversee month-end close, develop KPIs, and build financial models to support growth.

Competenze

• CPA or equivalent international accounting qualification.
• At least 7 years' relevant experience.
• Strong knowledge of billing processes and procedures.

We are working with a leading international law firm to recruit an Accounting & Finance Manager for their expanding Milan office. This is a senior, hands-on finance leadership position with responsibility for the overall financial management and performance of the Milan office. The successful candidate will lead the local Accounting & Finance team and take ownership across accounting, billing, taxation, financial reporting, partner affairs and finance/treasury. Working closely with the Office Head and international finance colleagues, you will provide meaningful financial analysis, interpret KPIs and trends, and support the office with forecasting, financial modelling and performance improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the integrity of the financial records for the Italian partnership.
