Job summary

Medtronic plc in Lombardy is seeking a Field Technical Service Specialist to provide in-house repair support or on-site technical service, without sales quotas. You will answer product questions, supply technical data for demonstrations, and coordinate between sales and customers across Italy.

The role requires a technical diploma in electronics/electrotechnics, English (B2), basic computer skills, a valid B driver's license, and willingness to travel within Lombardia and occasionally beyond.

Qualifications

• In-depth technical diploma or higher qualification focused on electronics or electrotechnics.
• Good written and spoken English (minimum B2).
• Basic computer skills with familiarity with software and digital tools.
• Valid category B driving license and willingness to travel within Lombardia and across Italy.
• Residence in Milano or nearby area.

Responsibilities

• Provides in-house repair service in a service center or on-site technical service and support.
• Responds to product questions and issues from customers, sales personnel, and healthcare professionals.
• Supsplies sales with technical data for product demonstrations.
• Acts as liaison between sales personnel and customers on technical issues.
• Makes technical presentations at sales meetings and customer locations.
