Approach People Recruitment represents an industrial client seeking a Field Technical Sales Representative with a strong focus on business development. The role is highly field-based, with ~4 days per week at customer sites, and rewards proactive hunters who can secure fast, recurring sales cycles.

The candidate should have at least 3 years in B2B industrial sales, fluent Italian and English, and comfort working autonomously in a fast-paced environment.

Competenze

• Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B technical sales in the industrial sector.

Mansioni

• Drive active business development across the region with a focus on new business.
• Acquire new industrial clients (SMEs and large enterprises).
• Manage and grow an existing customer portfolio.
• Sell technical services with fast, recurring sales cycles.
• Maintain a strong field presence with site visits and negotiations (~4 days/week).
• Coordinate with internal technical teams.
• Participate in trade fairs and industry events.
