Baudouin, acteur historique en moteurs marins et industriels, propose un poste de Service Technician en Italie, secteur Modena. Vous interviendrez sur l’installation, la mise en service et le maintien des équipements Baudouin auprès de nos clients et distributeurs.

Lieu privilégié: Modena, Italie, avec un contrat permanent. Rattaché à l’équipe technique, vous participerez à la maintenance préventive et corrective et au support client, dans un contexte international.

Mansioni

• Composer et démarrer les moteurs et équipements Baudouin sur site.
• Réaliser la maintenance préventive et corrective.
• Diagnostiquer et résoudre les problèmes mécaniques, électriques et électroniques.
• Apporter un support technique aux clients et distributeurs lors des interventions.
• Assurer des formations techniques lorsque nécessaire.
• Rédiger des rapports d’intervention détaillés.

• Location: Italy (preferred location: Modena area)
• Contract: Permanent Contract (Italian employment contract)
• Salary: €42,000 to €46,000 gross per year, depending on experience

As a Service Technician, you will play a key role in supporting our customers and distributors throughout Italy. Working with a high level of autonomy, you will be responsible for commissioning, troubleshooting, maintenance and technical support on Baudouin engines and associated systems. You will work closely with our Engineering and Product Support teams to ensure the highest level of service and customer satisfaction.

• Commission and start up Baudouin engines and equipment.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance.
• Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical and electronic issues.
• Provide technical support to customers and distributors during on-site interventions.
• Deliver technical training when required.
• Produce detailed service reports after each intervention.
• Work closely with Engineering and Product Support teams to resolve complex technical issues.
• Participate in warranty investigations and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction while representing Baudouin in the field.
