Baudouin, acteur international du secteur maritime, recherche un Technicien service pour l’Italie. Vous assurerez le démarrage, la maintenance et le support technique sur les moteurs Baudouin et leurs systèmes, en collaboration avec les équipes d’ingénierie et de support produit, avec autonomie et déplacements fréquents.

Le poste est basé en Italie (poste permanent). Salaire brut annuel entre 42 000 et 46 000 €, selon l’expérience.

Competenze

• Diplôme technique ou équivalent en mécanique, électricité, mécatronique ou domaine lié.
• Bon niveau en italien et en anglais est souhaité.
• Expérience en maintenance sur moteurs industriels/équipement diesel appréciée.

Mansioni

• Assembler et démarrer les moteurs Baudouin et équipements associés.
• Réaliser la maintenance préventive et corrective.
• Diagnostiquer et résoudre des problèmes mécaniques, électriques et électroniques.
• Fournir un support technique aux clients et distributeurs lors des interventions.
• Réaliser des rapports d’intervention détaillés et contribuer à l’amélioration continue.

Contract: Permanent Contract (Italian employment contract)

Salary: €42,000 to €46,000 gross per year, depending on experience

As a Service Technician, you will play a key role in supporting our customers and distributors throughout Italy.

Working with a high level of autonomy, you will be responsible for commissioning, troubleshooting, maintenance and technical support on Baudouin engines and associated systems. You will work closely with our Engineering and Product Support teams to ensure the highest level of service and customer satisfaction.

Your Impact

• Commission and start up Baudouin engines and equipment.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance.
• Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical and electronic issues.
• Provide technical support to customers and distributors during on-site interventions.
• Deliver technical training when required.
• Produce detailed service reports after each intervention.
• Work closely with Engineering and Product Support teams to resolve complex technical issues.
• Participate in warranty investigations and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction while representing Baudouin in the field.

Your assets

• Technical diploma or degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics or a related field.
• 3 to 7 years of experience in Field Service, Industrial Maintenance, Commissioning or After-Sales Service.
• Good diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
• Knowledge of diesel engines, industrial equipment or generator systems.
• Customer-oriented mindset.
• Ability to work independently.
• Willingness to travel frequently throughout Italy and occasionally abroad.
• Fluent Italian.
• Good command of English.

Experience with one or more of the following would be an advantage:

• Diesel engines
• Marine propulsion systems
• Generator sets
• Engine management systems
• CAN J1939
• Modbus
• Deep Sea Electronics (DSE)
• ComAp
• DEIF
• Leroy Somer, Stamford or Mecc Alte alternators
