• Maintain safety standards, company policies, and industry regulations.
• Collaborate with Sales, Technical Support, Logistics to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Foster customer relationships, acting as a point of escalation and ensuring satisfaction.
• Identify training needs and support development of technical and soft skills within the team.
• Manage resource planning, scheduling, and workload balancing to optimize service coverage.
