Munters Corporation in Italy is seeking an Intermediate Field Service Engineer to join our Field Service Engineering team. You will own defined deliverables, interact with customers and stakeholders, and drive continuous improvements while working independently under supervision.

Your work includes providing technical advice, supporting commissioning, installation, testing, troubleshooting and optimization of Munters products and equipment, identifying issues, and recommending improvements.

Competenze

• Engineering degree or equivalent.
• Minimum 2–4 years of relevant field service experience.
• Ability to diagnose and solve customer and equipment issues.

Mansioni

• Provide technical advice and field-service support to customers and internal stakeholders.
• Support commissioning, installation, testing, troubleshooting, and optimization of Munters products and equipment.
• Identify and correct problems during start-up, operation, or maintenance.
• Recommend product or process improvements to meet customer needs and Munters standards.
• Develop constructive customer relationships to enable safe delivery and future business.
• Document technical findings and service activities for continuous improvement.
