Formlabs is seeking a Field Service Technician/Engineer to be the face of the company in Italy. You will install, train, and service 3D printing systems on-site across Milan and beyond, traveling frequently.

You must have a STEM degree, strong electromechanical skills, and be fluent in English and Italian. A valid B license is required; travel will be extensive and overtime may apply.

Qualificações

• Requires strong technical background in electromechanical hardware.
• Willingness to travel 80%+ across Italy.
• fluency in English and Italian (C1-C2) beneficial.

Responsabilidades

• Install, commission, and calibrate new 3D printing systems at customer sites.
• Provide structured on-site user training and product demos.
• Perform on-site repairs, preventive maintenance, and urgent break‑fixes.
