Job summary

The Swatch Group (Italia) S.p.A. is seeking a Retail Trainer to develop Swatch & Flik Flak retail teams across Italy, enhancing sales capabilities and brand execution in-store.

You will partner with Territory Managers, Store Managers and HR to deploy engaging learning experiences, coaching and performance-driven initiatives. Reporting to the Training Manager, you will carry out blended programs, ensure consistency with brand standards and travel frequently to major cities and key commercial

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
• Certification in Learning & Development or Coaching is a plus.
• At least 2 years of experience in retail training or sales coaching.

Responsibilities

• Identify training needs with store managers and HR using KPIs and feedback.
• Design and deliver blended training programs (workshops, e‑learning, on‑the‑job).
• Coach on-the-floor to improve sales techniques and product knowledge.
• Support onboarding and individual development plans across Italy stores.
• Measure training impact using conversions, ATV, UPT and NPS.
