Responsibilities

• Identificare bisogni formativi: collaborare con i manager di territorio, store e HR per individuare lacune e opportunità di sviluppo, usando KPI e feedback dei clienti.
• Progettare e impartire training coinvolgente: progettare learning experiences Blended (workshop, e-learning e on-the-job), adattando contenuti alle esigenze locali mantenendo gli standard del brand.
• Coach e ispirare: presente sul floor, fornire coaching pratico e feedback costruttivo per migliorare tecniche di vendita e servizio al cliente.
• Collaborare e sviluppare: supportare onboarding di nuovi assunti e piani di sviluppo individuali e l’implementazione di iniziative di learning in operazioni quotidiane.
• Misurare e guidare la performance: monitorare l’efficacia della formazione tramite KPI come Conversion Rate, ATV, UPT e NPS per migliorare le strategie di formazione.

We are looking for a Retail Trainer who will play a key role in developing Swatch & Flik Flak retail teams, enhancing their sales capabilities and bringing our brand to life in every store.

Reporting to the Swatch & Flik Flak Training Manager, you will be responsible for driving team performance through impactful training, continuous coaching and development initiatives. Working closely with Retail and HR teams, you will ensure that our people have the knowledge, skills and confidence to deliver an exceptional customer experience while consistently reflecting our brand values and standards.

This is a field-based role, offering the opportunity to work closely with our store teams across Italy and make a tangible impact on business performance.

What You’ll Do

• Identify Training Needs: Partner with Territory Managers, Store Managers and HR to identify skill gaps and development opportunities, using business KPIs, operational data and customer feedback to define training priorities.
• Deliver Engaging Training: Design and deliver effective learning experiences through a blended approach, including workshops, e-learning and on-the-job training, adapting content to local needs while ensuring consistent brand standards.
• Coach and Inspire: Be a constant presence on the shop floor, providing hands-on coaching, mentoring and constructive feedback to strengthen sales techniques, product knowledge and customer service excellence.
• Collaborate and Develop: Work closely with HR and Retail teams to support new employee onboarding, individual development plans and the implementation of learning initiatives in daily store operations.
• Measure and Drive Performance: Monitor training effectiveness through key business indicators such as Conversion Rate, Average Transaction Value (ATV), Units per Transaction (UPT) and Net Promoter Score (NPS), continuously improving training strategies to deliver measurable results.
