Job summary

Stryker is recruiting Product Support Specialists for the North Italy region, preferably based in Padova or Verona. You will service and support Joint Replacement procedures, including MAKO robotics, in theatre and clinical settings, and train staff on Stryker products.

The role requires 3+ years in healthcare, a relevant degree, and fluency in Italian with strong English. Expect 80% travel and ongoing training opportunities in a field-based position.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a medical, scientific, technical field or engineering required.
• Strong knowledge of the healthcare industry desired.
• Minimum 3 years of experience working in healthcare.

Responsibilities

• Servicing existing and new customer base within theatre and clinical environments.
• Providing support for MAKO robotic procedures and manual joint replacement surgeries.
• Training theatre and HCP staff on Stryker products.
• Coordinate with Regional Sales Manager to ensure best-in-class customer service.
• Audit theatre stock and manage consignment inventory.
