Vertiv Holdings Milano, Lombardy, IT is seeking a Customer Engineer - AC Power to perform start ups, maintenance, and emergency repairs for Vertiv UPS, battery systems, power distribution, and site monitoring equipment.

You will travel to customer sites, support sales and distributors, and participate in a 24/7 on-call rota while ensuring safety, quality, and compliance with ISO and local regulations.

Competenze

• HNC/HND in Electrical/Electronics Engineering or equivalent.
• Experience in a technical service or test environment of AC Power equipment.
• Previous field service experience is essential.
• Clean valid driving licence.

Mansioni

• Respond to all assigned service calls professionally.
• Perform work safely and to current codes and company policy.
• Assist scheduling and completing works with Call Control using workflow procedures.
• Keep customer listings accurate and report errors with site change forms.
• Participate in the 24/7 on-call rota and travel to customer sites.
