Getinge is seeking a field-based Product Manager for the Surgical Workflow line in Italy (Varese, Lombardy). You will align market needs with internal teams, promote products through customer interactions, and support launches while executing local marketing plans.

Travel is required to engage customers and tender processes. The role emphasizes market insights, cross-functional collaboration, and direct impact on strategic healthcare technology initiatives, with international context and field

Competenze

Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering or related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar Product Management role.
Experience in operating room environment is a strong plus.

Drive product promotion through field demonstrations and customer interactions.
Train and support the sales force throughout the sales cycle.
Adapt and implement global marketing strategies at a local level.
Develop and execute the local marketing plan in line with business objectives.
Support new product launches and ensure market adoption.
Represent the company at congresses, conferences and industry events.
Collaborate with international teams to share insights and best practices.
Prepare and manage technical documentation for public tenders.
Define product configurations in collaboration with sales teams.
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely and compliant submissions.
Monitor market trends, competitors and customer needs.
Identify growth opportunities and adjust strategies accordingly.
Track product line performance and contribute to forecasting.
Support pricing strategy within global guidelines.
