JD Logistics in Italy is seeking a highly mobile Station Operational Support Specialist to drive local procurement and site readiness for Milan area last-mile stations. You will move between depots to secure assets, onboarding vendors, and clear non-operational bottlenecks.

The role requires greenfield launch experience, on-site work, fluency in English and Italian, and a valid driver's license. Mandarin is a plus as we expand our international footprint.

Competenze

• Greenfield launch experience in retail networks or delivery depot rollout.
• Willingness to be on-site across the Milan region with a valid driver's license.
• English and Italian fluency; Mandarin a strong asset.
• Adaptable to changing travel and timelines during infrastructure launches.

Mansioni

• Procure, coordinate delivery, and deploy station-level indirect supplies before depot launches.
• Coordinate utility connections, waste management, cleaning, and security passes.
• Maintain liaison with local vehicle leasing, maintenance, and fuel card vendors.
• Conduct on-site asset audits and optimize localized spending.
