Job summary

Viatris Italia is seeking an IT Business Analyst to ensure the effective execution of technology initiatives in the Italian market and to support the company’s ongoing digital transformation.

You will collaborate with Italian Commercial stakeholders, act as a liaison with Global IT, and contribute to AI, analytics, CRM, and automation projects, including Copilot Studio and content ecosystem evolution.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in IT, Data Science, Applied Mathematics, Management Eng, CS or Statistics.
• Fluent Italian and English (speaking, reading, writing) required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and data analytics/reporting tools (Power BI).
• Interest in AI and familiarity with Copilot Studio, Power Automate, CRM and content tools (Aprimo, Anthill, Veeva Vault) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Italian Commercial stakeholders as part of European Commercial IT to deliver strategic tech initiatives.
• Liaise between Italian teams and Global/Regional IT to ensure alignment of priorities.
• Contribute to digital transformation projects (AI, analytics, digital marketing, CRM, automation) including Copilot Studio and digital content ecosystem updates.
• Support process analysis and documentation for major IT programs and roadmaps.
• Gather and structure business requirements and design automation solutions.
• Engage with global and regional IT to ensure governance, compliance and standards.

The Role & What You Will Be Doing

The scope of the IT Business Analyst role is to ensure the effective execution of technology initiatives in the Italian market and to support the organization's ongoing digital transformation.

• - Collaborate closely with Italian Commercial stakeholders as part of the European Commercial IT organization, supporting the delivery of strategic technological initiatives.
• - Act as a key liaison between Italian teams and Global/Regional IT functions, ensuring alignment and facilitating communication on priority initiatives.
• - Contribute to key digital transformation projects in areas such as artificial intelligence, advanced analytics, digital marketing, CRM, and process automation, including solutions developed with Microsoft Copilot Studio and the evolution of the digital content ecosystem based on Aprimo, Anthill, and Veeva Vault.
• - Support business process analysis, contributing to the documentation, verification, and validation of current and future state processes related to major IT programs and roadmaps.
• - Assist in gathering and structuring business requirements, helping to identify opportunities for digital transformation and supporting the design of automation solutions.
• - Reinforce local IT governance, fostering strong collaboration with global and regional IT teams to ensure consistency, compliance, and alignment with enterprise standards.

About Your Skills & Experience

For this role, we’re looking for a candidate who has an effective combination of the following qualifications, skills and experiences:

• - Master’s degree in Information Technology, Data Science, Applied Mathematics, Management Engineering, Computer Science, or Statistics.
• - Proficiency in speaking, comprehending, reading and writing in both Italian and English is required.
• - Should be proficient with Microsoft 365 and familiar with data analytics and reporting tools, such as Power BI. An interest in artificial intelligence and familiarity with Microsoft Copilot Studio, Power Automate, CRM and digital marketing platforms, or digital content management solutions such as Aprimo, Anthill, and Veeva Vault would be considered a plus.
• - Preferably possess the following skills: curiosity, proactivity, collaborative and business oriented approach, eagerness to learn in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, project management mindset
