Aretè & Cocchi Technology is looking for a Field HSE Manager based in Sannazzaro de' Burgondi, Italy. This role is essential in ensuring compliance with HSE regulations and overseeing the health and safety program on-site. You will manage a team dedicated to maintaining safety standards throughout project execution.

The ideal candidate has a Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Science, extensive HSE experience, and must speak both Italian and English. This position offers competitive compensation starting from €56,000.

Competenze

Purpose of the position

As Field HSE Manager, you will respond to the Line HSE Manager and be part of the ENCAR BL within Italian projects. You will be able to manage and support a team of HSE Coordinators and Advisors (ASPP).

Responsibilities

The FHSEM, in coordination and support with the Division RSPP, will perform the functions of ASPP for the specific project and must therefore possess the appropriate training as required by the State-Regions Agreement. Their main tasks also include:

• Ensures compliance with workplace Health, Safety and Environmental (HSE) regulations, in line with the Company HSE Management System and ISO 14001 / ISO 45001 standards.
• Supports PM and CM in the implementation, update, and enforcement of HSE documentation (PSC, POS, DVR, DSS, DUVRI) and site HSE requirements.
• Performs regular site inspections, supervises Contractors’ HSE activities, verifies safety equipment, and promotes training and HSE awareness initiatives.
• Investigates accidents/incidents, monitors corrective actions, collects and reports HSE data, and supports project HSE campaigns (e.g. Life Saving Rules).
• Manages and oversees HSE activities throughout the project lifecycle, acting as interface with CSE and ensuring alignment with legal and Company requirements.

Qualifications

Education: Master’s Degree/bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Science.

Experience: 7 years as HSE technician with at least 2 years as HSE Manager within Oil and Gas field.

Languages: Italian (mother tongue) and English.

Technical/IT Skills: Training as RSPP (ateco 4 or 5) mandatory; Tap Root or RCA training, plus; IOGP or NEBOSH IGC, plus; ISO 45001 and/or ISO 14001 Team leader certification required; Microsoft Office.

What else should you know? You will have the opportunity to travel abroad based on the projects you will work for and within the [project/vessel/yard,etc] assigned.

Benefits

Pay not lower than €56,000.
