Carestream is seeking a Field Engineer to install, modify and service radiography equipment at customer sites across Italy. The role includes on-site training on operation and maintenance tasks and ongoing support for DR, CR and related printers.

The FE will install and maintain Carestream and OEM equipment, coordinate with regional specialists, and ensure timely reporting and documentation while focusing on customer satisfaction and equipment performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in engineering or technical field.
• Experience with electrical/mechanical installations is a plus.
• Experience in hospital environments is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Installs, modifies and services Carestream and third-party equipment at customer sites.
• Provides on-site training on operation and maintenance tasks.
• Delivers precise reports of service activities and resolutions.
• Maintains equipment performance and reports issues with action plans.
• Travels to customer sites as required.
