Job summary

Regal Rexnord is seeking an on-site Application Engineer II in Nova Milanese (Monza) to provide high-quality technical support for Kollmorgen products and solutions. You will assist customers and internal teams via phone, email, remote connections, and on-site visits, collaborating with Sales, Product Management and Engineering.

The role requires a degree in industrial automation or related fields and at least three years in application engineering or technical support in industrial automation.

Qualifications

• Degree or technical diploma in industrial automation, electronics, electrical engineering, mechatronics, or related field.
• Three+ years of relevant experience in application engineering, technical support, commissioning, or similar in industrial automation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; customer-oriented approach.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing requests related to products, sales, and services with technical support.
• Analyze technical issues in installed applications and implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate with Sales, Engineering and Product Management to obtain accurate information on requirements and operation.
• Prepare records and documentation for product presentations; conduct trainings; support sales with product demonstrations.
• Assist in sizing servo motors and drive systems for automation applications; verify hardware/software configurations.
