Niri Performance is seeking an Application & Field Engineer to join our Distribution Team in Italy. You will work hands-on with Augmented Reality systems applied to industrial environments, installing, configuring, and maintaining advanced equipment at customer sites.

The role emphasizes customer interaction, problem-solving, and independent work with occasional travel. Apprenticeship onboarding supports growth in PLCs, HMIs, and automation knowledge within a dynamic team.

Competenze

• 1-5 years professional experience in applications/field roles.
• Focus on customer satisfaction and technical-commercial activities.
• Strong problem-solving and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with customers and teams.
• Willingness to learn independently or with guidance.
• Ability to travel to customer sites within Italy.
• Basic knowledge of industrial automation (PLCs, HMIs) and reading schematics.

• Analyze and define applications; install, configure, and maintain equipment at customer sites.
• Perform maintenance and upgrades to ensure system efficiency.
