The Freudenberg Group is seeking a Production Operator to join its manufacturing team. You will perform preliminary machine troubleshooting, record production data and participate in quality audits within the production area.
This role requires adherence to safety protocols and the ability to communicate issues to the shift supervisor. You will also help maintain cleanliness, follow lean standards, and support training for others as needed while contributing to the smooth execution of the

Key Responsibilities
Perform preliminary machine troubleshooting
Ensure safety measures for machine are all adhered to
Record production data
Complete quality audits and fill-out related paperwork
Communicate production and mechanical issues effectively to shift lead or supervisor

Work Experience and Education
High school diploma or equivalent level of education
0-4 years of experience in manufacturing environment preferred
Fluent in local language and be able to read, write, and speak English (if not local language) at basic level.
Basic math skills and good use of logic
Able to work and think independently
Prior experience working on a machine
Specific knowledge
Some experience in manufacturing is preferred
Basic math skills and good use of logic

Excellent hand-eye coordination and physical condition, speed and accuracy for performing repetitive tasks
