Job summary

Qualifications

• 0-4 years of experience in manufacturing preferred.
• Fluent in local language and basic English reading/writing.
• Basic math and logical reasoning skills.
• Ability to work independently and think through tasks.
• Prior experience with machinery is a plus.

Qualifications:

Work Experience and Education

• High school diploma or equivalent level of education

• 0-4 years of experience in manufacturing environment preferred

• Fluent in local language and be able to read, write, and speak English (if not local language) at basic level.

• Basic math skills and good use of logic

• Able to work and think independently

• Prior experience working on a machine

Specific knowledge

• Some experience in manufacturing is preferred

• Basic math skills and good use of logic

• Excellent hand-eye coordination and physical condition, speed and accuracy for performing repetitive tasks
