Freudenberg Group in Lombardy (Roncello) is seeking a Maintenance Technician (f/m/d) to join our team on site. The role focuses on maintenance activities, lean processes, and CI initiatives across our production environment.
With 5+ years in a technical role, you will contribute to safe, efficient operations and be supported by training programs. The position offers a base gross annual salary of €35,000–€45,000 plus a production bonus, depending on qualifications and experience.
