Maison Valentino is seeking a Facility Specialist to join the Facility Management team at our Rome Headquarters. The role focuses on managing facilities across offices, ateliers, showrooms, and archives, ensuring service continuity and compliance with safety standards.

The ideal candidate has 1–3 years in Facility Management, a technical diploma, and knowledge of AutoCAD, SAP, and MS Office. Strong collaboration with Procurement, Health & Safety, and IT is essential.

Competenze

• 1-3 years of experience in Facility Management or related activities.
• Technical diploma (e.g., Surveyor/Construction Technician or equivalent).
• Strong knowledge of building-related matters, including systems, utilities, and H&S requirements.
• Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at different levels.
• Willingness to perform both coordination and hands-on operational activities.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, and SAP is a plus.
• Good knowledge of English is considered a plus.

Mansioni

• Oversee facility management across Rome offices, ateliers, showrooms, archives, and warehouses.
• Coordinate service providers and monitor performance and costs.
• Prepare reports on procurement, health & safety, and site inspections.
• Manage SAP-based purchase requests and orders through full lifecycle.
• Support health & safety and environmental matters at sites.
