Maison Valentino is seeking a Facility Specialist to join the Facility Management team at our Rome Headquarters. The role focuses on managing facility operations across all Rome sites, coordinating service providers, and ensuring seamless service continuity.

The candidate should have 1-3 years in a similar role, hold a technical diploma, and be fluent or proficient in English. Knowledge of AutoCAD, SAP, and Microsoft Office is advantageous, with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset and strong

Competenze

1-3 years of experience in facility management or related areas.
Technical diploma (e.g., Surveyor/Construction Technician) required.
Strong knowledge of building systems, utilities, architecture, and safety requirements.
Good communication with stakeholders at different levels; proactive and hands-on.
Knowledge of AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, and SAP is a plus.

Mansioni

Oversee facility management across Rome premises (offices, ateliers, showrooms, archives, warehouses).
Coordinate service providers and ensure contract adherence and service levels.
Manage procurement lifecycle via SAP; handle purchase orders and paperwork.
Conduct regular site inspections and prepare technical reports.
Support health & safety matters across sites in coordination with Health & Safety function.
Assist with project management and maintenance activities.
