Valentino in Rome seeks a Facility Specialist to join the Facility Management team at our Rome Headquarters, home to the Creative Offices, ateliers, showrooms, and the Historical Archive. You will coordinate service providers across offices and showrooms, manage purchases in SAP, monitor health & safety, and perform regular site inspections to ensure continuous operations.

This hands-on role requires problem solving and strong collaboration with Procurement, IT, and Safety teams to maintain

Competenze

• 1-3 years of experience in a similar Facility Management role or related activities.
• Technical diploma (e.g., Surveyor/Construction Technician) or equivalent.
• Strong technical knowledge of building systems, utilities, architecture, and Health & Safety requirements.
• Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, including directors and business functions.
• Willingness to perform coordination and hands-on operational activities with a proactive mindset.

Mansioni

• Manage facility activities across Rome premises (offices, ateliers, showrooms, historical archive, warehouses) ensuring service levels and business continuity.
• Support the management of specific projects and extraordinary maintenance activities.
• Manage supplier portfolio and coordinate service providers, monitor performance, control costs and prepare reports.
• Conduct regular site inspections and prepare technical reports.
• Support day-to-day facility management tasks including procurement via SAP and coordination with Procurement, Vendor Administration, and Health & Safety.
