Bristol Alliance of Companies is seeking a Facility Planner in Naples, Italy to lead regional and installation-level planning efforts. You will prepare BFRs/FPDs, manage iNFADS data, and support MILCON projects with cost estimates and NEPA documentation.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor’s degree in a related field and at least 7 years of facility planning experience, with strong data analysis and coordination skills for cross-functional teams.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in planning, engineering, architecture, or related field required.
• Minimum 7 years of facility planning experience, including BFR/FPD prep and long-range installation planning.
• Knowledge of Navy SFPS and ability to analyze engineering, management, and economic data.

Mansioni

• Prepare regional plans & studies including RIPs, RSIPs and business case analyses.
• Prepare installation-level planning documents such as IDPs, CAPEX plans and IAPs.
• Prepare BFRs and Facility Planning Documents, maintaining iNFADS data.
• Perform asset evaluations and update property records in iNFADS.
• Develop SRM packages including 1391 entries, cost estimates and NEPA docs.
• Support MILCON project development, including scoping, ROM estimates and site selection.
• Coordinate region-wide space requests and tenant outfitting initiatives.
