Baker Hughes invites motivated students or recent graduates to join its Internship Program in the Facility & Maintenance team in Italy. You will contribute to preventive maintenance planning, asset management, and regulatory compliance while gaining hands-on experience with IBM Maximo and CMMS systems.

The internship emphasizes safety, continuous improvement, and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams to drive site reliability and efficiency.

Competenze

Pursuing or holding a Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Management Engineering, or related disciplines.
Strong organizational, analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
Interest in industrial maintenance, facility/asset management, and regulatory compliance.

Mansioni

Support the implementation and monitoring of preventive maintenance plans across multiple domains (Cleaning, Gardening, Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Building).
Collaborate with suppliers and contractors in planning, execution, and supervision of maintenance activities.
Gain hands-on experience in maintenance management through IBM Maximo, including creating/updating job plans and work orders.
Contribute to collection and analysis of maintenance and asset performance data.
Support Safety & Compliance initiatives, including LOTO, Dropped Objects, Safe to Start programs.
Maintain and update technical documentation related to machinery, equipment, and suppliers.
