Baker Hughes invites students and graduates to join its Internship Program in the Facility & Maintenance team in Italy. The role focuses on supporting preventive maintenance, asset management, safety, and regulatory compliance while gaining hands‑on experience with IBM Maximo.

You will work on maintenance planning, data collection, and continuous improvement projects, within a structured learning environment and flexible working patterns.

Competenze

• Master’s degree or ongoing studies in Mechanical/Management Engineering or related fields.
• Interest in industrial maintenance and asset management processes.
• Basic knowledge of computer applications (MS Office).

Mansioni

• Support preventive maintenance plan implementation across multiple areas.
• Collaborate with suppliers and contractors on maintenance activities.
• Gain hands‑on experience in maintenance management using IBM Maximo.
• Assist with collection and analysis of maintenance data.
• Support safety and compliance initiatives (LOTO, Dropped Objects, Safe to Start).
• Maintain technical documentation related to machinery and assets.
• Collaborate with teams to drive continuous improvement.
