Baker Hughes in Italy is seeking a Project Manager of Plant and Equipment (P&E) Projects to lead P&E construction projects through design, procurement, execution and handoff to maintenance. This role requires strong industry experience and fluent Italian, with English desirable.

You will work with engineering teams to optimize cost, time, safety and reliability, coordinate multiple projects, and review documentation from design to handover.

Project Manager of Plant and Equipment (P&E) Projects

In this role, you will be a Project Manager of Plant and Equipment (P&E) projects, through entire project life cycle including design, procurement, execution and document collections phases. As a Facility P&E Project Manager, you will be responsible for:

• Leading P&E construction projects through entire lifecycle: from design to purchase order, from execution to test & documentation collection
• Managing cost and execution of P&E projects, including construction activities, electrical and mechanical facilities
• Being able to dialogue with engineering teams to find best solutions in terms of technical application, cost, time, safety and reliability of assets to be built, both in design phase and execution phase
• Reviewing documentation of P&E projects since design phase to hand off to maintenance organization

Requirements

• Show strong industry experience in this field
• Be fluent in Italian, English knowledge is also preferred
• Be eligible to work in EU

For Italy: The initial pay range for this position will be EUR 43,200 To 59,400. The provisions of Contratto Collettivo Industria Metalmeccanica e della installazione di impianti will be applied to this position. Section VI – Titolo IV of that collective bargaining agreement relates to pay. The Baker Hughes internal title for this role is: Manufacturing Specialist - Facility Management
