Baker Hughes is seeking a Manufacturing Specialist - Facility Management in Italy to lead Plant & Equipment projects through their full lifecycle, from design through procurement and execution to documentation handoff. You will work with engineering teams to optimize technical solutions, costs, and schedules, ensuring safety and reliability while coordinating multiple projects simultaneously.

Fluency in Italian is required and English is preferred; eligibility to work in the EU is expected.

Competenze

• Must have strong industry experience in Civil Works and Mechanical & Electrical Facilities.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Leadership and ability to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously.

Mansioni

• Leading P&E construction projects through entire lifecycle: from design to purchase order, from execution to test & documentation collection
• Managing cost and execution of P&E projects, including construction activities, electrical and mechanical facilities
• Dialogue with engineering teams to find best solutions in terms of technical application, cost, time, safety and reliability
• Reviewing documentation of P&E projects from design to hand off to maintenance
