Baker Hughes in Talamona, Lombardy, is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer - Production to optimize manufacturing processes, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and uphold high quality in a high-volume plant.

You will implement lean manufacturing, conduct time studies, and guide operators with new processes while ensuring safety and compliance. Fluency in English and Italian, a Mechanical Engineering degree, and CAD experience are highly valued.

As a Manufacturing Engineer at Baker Hughes you will play a crucial role in optimizing our manufacturing processes, ensuring efficiency, and maintaining the highest standards of quality. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and improve manufacturing systems and processes.

Key Responsibilities:

To be successful in this role ideally you should have:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, or a related field or proven experience in manufacturing engineering, preferably in a high-volume production environment.
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Fluent in English and Italian.
• Experience with automation and robotics in manufacturing is a plus.

The initial pay range for this position will be EUR 35,925 To 42,900

The provisions of Contratto Collettivo Industria Metalmeccanica e della installazione di impianti will be applied to this position. Section VI – Titolo IV of that collective bargaining agreement relates to pay.
