The Mall Simon Luxury Outlets is seeking a General Services Specialist to support and coordinate maintenance and facility activities across The Mall Firenze. Based in Reggello, the role offers the chance to gain autonomy while contributing to efficient mall operations in Italy.

You should have a background in surveying or engineering and strong organizational and interpersonal skills, with fluency in Italian and good English.

Competenze

• Fluent in Italian with good command of English (spoken and written).
• High school or bachelor-level training in surveying, engineering, or a similar field.
• Proficient with MS Office applications and basic IT literacy.

Mansioni

• Support punctual maintenance and efficiency of mall structures, systems, and services.
• Serve as on-site contact for technical systems (CCTV, network, switchboard, Wi-Fi).
• Coordinate with suppliers, tenants, consultants, and third parties on facilities topics.
• Assist planned and reactive maintenance activities, ensuring timely delivery.
• Coordinate extraordinary and emergency maintenance to minimize impact on store operations.
• Provide admin support for facility management activities and documentation.
