The Mall Simon Luxury Outlets located in Firenze is seeking a Security Supervisor to oversee all security operations across our luxury malls. You will supervise security personnel, implement procedures, coordinate emergency protocols and collaborate with mall departments to uphold the highest levels of safety for guests and staff.

Competenze

• Previous experience as a Security Officer or Supervisor in luxury/hospitality is preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication and crisis-management skills are essential.
• Solid understanding of safety regulations, risk prevention and emergency protocols.
• Ability to stay calm and professional in high-pressure situations.
• Fluency in Italian; good English is required (additional languages a plus).

• Supervise and coordinate security activities across the malls.
• Verify daily/weekly reports, planning, attendance, cost summaries and invoicing.
• Train and mentor security personnel on protocols and emergencies.
• Maintain security procedures, protocols and emergency plans.
• Monitor safety of guests, staff, assets and facilities across the mall.
• Conduct regular patrols, inspections and risk assessments.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and internal policies.
• Liaise with law enforcement and emergency services as needed.
• Manage CCTV and alarm systems and incident reporting.
• Coordinate access control and badge management.
• Respond promptly to emergencies and guest concerns.
• Prepare incident and risk performance reports.
• Support VIP arrivals and high-profile events.
• Provide ongoing safety training for mall employees.
