CBRE Global Workplace Solutions (GWS) seeks a Facilities Supervisor to lead the team coordinating with clients, vendors, and contractors to ensure timely completion of work orders.

The role requires 5+ years of supervisory experience, strong knowledge of processes and MS Office, and exceptional organizational skills. The position is based in Milan and involves overseeing maintenance, scheduling, and cost tracking to support CBRE RISE values.

Competenze

• High School Diploma with 5+ years of relevant work experience.
• Experience in supervisory or team leadership role preferred.
• Strong understanding of processes, procedures, systems in the job function.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Mansioni

• Act as point of contact between landlords, tenants, and service providers.
• Arrange regular maintenance of equipment.
• Review work order data and present performance/status reports to management.
• Design and oversee cleaning and disinfection schedules.
• Analyze vendor costs and benefits when evaluating new vendors.
• Track regular and ad-hoc facility expenses.
• Resolve complex problems and guide the team toward objectives.
• Lead by example and model CBRE RISE values.
