CBRE Global Workplace Solutions (GWS) seeks a Facilities Supervisor to lead the team coordinating with clients, vendors, and contractors to ensure timely completion of work orders.

The role requires 5+ years of supervisory experience, strong knowledge of processes and MS Office, and exceptional organizational skills. The position is based in Milan and involves overseeing maintenance, scheduling, and cost tracking to support CBRE RISE values.

As a CBRE Facilities Supervisor, you will supervise the team that coordinates with clients, vendors, and contractors to ensure work orders are completed.

What You'll Do:

• Point of contact for escalated communications between landlord, tenants, and service providers by ensuring all procedures, policies, and reporting formats are understood, and implemented.
• Arrange for regular maintenance of equipment.
• Review data from work order reports and create and present performance and progress status reports to management. Make suggestions on how to improve efficiency.
• Design and oversee the schedule for cleaning and disinfecting the building.
• Conduct market research and compare costs and benefits when evaluating new vendors.
• Keep track of regular and ad-hoc facility expenses.
• Resolve complex problems and identify appropriate approaches to existing solutions to accomplish team objectives.
• May establish new techniques to ensure the team is able to meet its objectives.
• Has a direct impact on the team objectives as well as the objectives of related teams.
• Ensure personal and team outcomes have a positive impact on customer objectives.
• Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values.

What You'll Need:

• High School Diploma with 5+ years of relevant work experience. Previous experience in a supervisory or team leadership role is preferred.
• Strong understanding of processes, procedures, systems, and concepts within the job function, with basic knowledge of related areas.
