CBRE is seeking a Technical & Facilities Supervisor to oversee building maintenance and services across sites in Italy. You will manage electrical, HVAC, and fire protection systems, lead the on-site team, and ensure operations meet contractual and safety standards.

You will coordinate with clients and contractors, administer maintenance plans, track performance with CMMS, and drive improvements in efficiency and safety while upholding CBRE RISE values.

Competenze

• High School Diploma or higher in a technical discipline.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar role.
• Strong understanding of technical systems and maintenance workflows.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Basic CMMS knowledge.
• Excellent Italian and English communication.

Mansioni

• Oversee compliance with contractual agreements across sites and ensure safety standards.
• Lead on-site team, coordinate with external contractors and client sites.
• Manage preventive and corrective maintenance programmes for building systems.
• Administer CMMS, generate reports, track service delivery and performance.
