Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance of company systems and infrastructure to ensure efficiency, reliability, safety and continuity.
• Plan and monitor preventive, corrective and emergency maintenance; coordinate with suppliers and external contractors.
• Manage electrical, HVAC, mechanical, plumbing and fire protection systems; analyze malfunctions and define corrective actions.
• Monitor KPIs, costs and maintenance budgets and support energy efficiency and plant improvement projects.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental, fire prevention and facility management regulations; assist in audits and inspections.
