ICAM S.p.A. is seeking an Electromechanical Maintenance Technician to service equipment at customer sites across Central Italy. You will perform routine and corrective maintenance, troubleshoot issues and ensure machinery operates safely and efficiently.

You will also train customers on operation and fault recovery, and you will document service activities with detailed reports. The role requires hands-on skills with electrical and mechanical systems, ability to read drawings, and familiarity

Competenze

• Technical diploma in Electrical Engineering, Electronics or Mechatronics.
• At least 3 years of experience as Electromechanical Maintenance Technician or similar.
• Based in Central Italy.
• Strong knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems.
• Ability to read mechanical drawings and electrical schematics.
• Hands-on maintenance skills and quick, effective response to issues.
• Familiarity with maintenance management software and systems.

Electromechanical Maintenance Technician

We are looking for an Electromechanical Maintenance Technician to perform maintenance on machinery and mechanical systems, ensuring the efficiency and proper operation of equipment installed at customer sites.

The technician will be responsible for both routine and corrective maintenance, including troubleshooting and repairs in the event of breakdowns or damage.

The role will also involve providing customer training on all technical aspects related to the operation and proper use of the equipment.

Main Responsibilities

Routine Maintenance

• Carry out routine maintenance on ICAM equipment at customer sites, including:
  • Unloading tools and ensuring that the equipment and work area are safely secured before starting work.
  • Performing mechanical and electrical inspections, lubrication and final testing in accordance with routine maintenance checklists.
  • Completing service reports to provide the Service Department with a complete record of all maintenance activities performed.

Corrective Maintenance

• Carry out corrective maintenance on ICAM equipment at customer sites in the event of breakdowns or damage, including:
  • Discussing and assessing the fault with the customer to determine the appropriate course of action.
  • Unloading tools and ensuring that the equipment and work area are safely secured before starting work.
  • Troubleshooting the issue and repairing or replacing damaged components as required.
  • Performing functional tests to verify proper equipment operation.Providing the customer with details of the work performed.
  • Completing service reports to provide the Service Department with a complete record of all maintenance activities performed.

Customer Training

• Provide technical training to end customers on equipment operation and fault recovery procedures, including hands‑on simulations using the equipment.

Profile

• Technical diploma in Electrical Engineering, Electronics or Mechatronics.
• At least 3 years of previous experience as an Electromechanical Maintenance Technician or in a similar role.
• Based in Central Italy.
• Strong knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems.
• Good understanding of the operation of mechanical equipment, systems and machinery.
• Ability to read and interpret mechanical technical drawings and electrical schematics.
• Strong hands‑on maintenance skills and ability to respond quickly and effectively to technical issues.
• Familiarity with maintenance management software and systems.
